Be still and flow with the wave’s motion.
Life is ephemeral as the universe flow.
It rises and falls, as life’s high and low points.
Be attentive
Be centered
Be awake
Stay calm and relaxed.
Riding the wave will always
take you where you need to go.

What a beautiful metaphor about how to live life – riding it like a wave and trusting the wave to take you where you need to go. The photo of the sailboat is beautiful in the still, calmness of the water.
