Inner Sunrise

There is something about sunrise,

the first few hours of the morning.

As we embrace the moment of light

and breath for a brand new day

Say out loud

“I am ready to let go of the past and start anew.

Mindful of all possibilities

Today, I begin my Inner Sunrise.”
