Newport, CA
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.
So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails.
Explore. Dream. Discover.

Seeing the white foam of these waves….reminds me of my grandson. When he first saw a photo of foamy waves breaking on rocks, he said, “That looks just like mashed potatoes, soft and white.”
Beautiful yes….but not so soft!!

It is quite a dramatic scene; I could almost hear the roar of the ocean as its waves strike the rocks on shore.

Great shot along Newport’s coastline, with the ocean liner out at sea. I used to enjoy “beaching” it there. Seemed less hectic and crowded vice the other beaches along and south of Greater L.A.

Thank you. It is quiet and tranquil even in summer. there is always a special bonus of “waves” and ship. enjoy the rest of the week ♥
